What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
Well over 99% of the time the USPS gets it right and your package arrives on time and sometimes early. There is a very small percentage that may get routed wrong by the USPS and has to be corrected, resulting in a delay of a few days. If you have a complaint regarding the amount of time the US Postal Service took to deliver your package, please contact the U.S. Postal Service.
If you do not see any tracking updates for your order after a few days, please contact us.
What if I have entered the wrong mailing address?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address.
