Why does the Daycare Labels Combo Pack now have 152 labels instead of 214?
We've updated the mix to better suit what kids actually need at daycare. The pack now includes more Shoe Labels and new Large Labels for bigger items, while still giving you plenty of labels for clothing, bottles, containers and other daycare essentials.
Can I have just a last name printed on the name labels?
Yes. Enter the last name into Line 1 and leave Line 2 blank.
Do all the labels have the same design, or do I get a variety?
You get a great mix. Each label type comes with a variety of designs, so the pack has plenty of variety built in.
Are these labels dishwasher safe?
Yes, and it's our preferred way to clean them. Apply to a smooth, dry surface and they'll come through the dishwasher without peeling or fading. If you're hand washing, use a soft cloth. Avoid anything abrasive like scourers or scrubbing brushes.
One thing to note: these waterproof name labels are designed for smooth, hard surfaces. They won't bond correctly to silicone or textured materials.
Will the Wrap & Stick Clothing Labels hold up in the wash?
Yes. Once applied correctly, they hold through regular home wash cycles and heavy-duty machines alike, including the industrial washers used in boarding schools and care facilities.
What if my child's clothing has an extra large care tag?
If the care tag is consistently wider than average, our Large Wrap & Stick Clothing Labels are designed exactly for that. Worth checking out before trying any workarounds.
If you want to make the standard labels work, two options: fold the care tag in half and wrap the label around as normal, or use two Wrap & Stick Labels back to back so there's enough vinyl to hold them together.
Does this pack come with Iron On Labels?
This pack uses Wrap & Stick name labels for clothes instead. No iron, no heat, just peel, wrap and stick. If you'd prefer Iron On Labels, you can buy those separately.
Can I put two names in one pack or have multiple designs?
Our combo packs are designed for one name only. However, some families use a shared name like “Smith” or “T & C Smith” as a workaround. With our smaller packs, it’s easy to grab more than one and personalize each with different names and designs.
Can I reuse the Write-On Labels?
Yes. A dry erase marker works great for writing and wiping dates, times or feeding notes. For more details, see the Write-On Labels product page.
Why can't I add extra details to the Mini Name Labels?
The Mini Name Labels are compact by design, so there's no room for an extra line. Every other label type in the pack does have space for additional details.
